<p><strong>Strategy Support & Business Analysis</strong></p><ul><li><p>Support the Strategy Team in conducting market research, data gathering, and performance analysis of Nagad Islamic, including competitive landscape assessments.</p></li><li><p>Assist in preparing business insights, analytical reports, and presentations to support strategic decision-making.</p></li><li><p>Conduct benchmarking studies on local and regional Islamic digital financial products, services, and best practices.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Performance Tracking & Reporting</strong></p><ul><li><p>Prepare regular MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations to monitor KPIs, initiatives, and project milestones.</p></li><li><p>Track progress against strategic and operational objectives and highlight risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Business Requirement & Process Documentation</strong></p><ul><li><p>Assist in documenting business requirements, Shariah compliance guidelines, SOPs, and operational workflows for new Islamic products and features.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure proper alignment between business needs, Shariah requirements, and system implementation.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Cross-Functional Coordination & Communication</strong></p><ul><li><p>Coordinate meetings, workshops, and follow-ups across the IDFS unit and other internal departments (Technology, Operations, Compliance, Product, Customer Service, etc.).</p></li><li><p>Maintain clear communication channels to ensure timely execution of action items and deliverables.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Operations Support & Service Enablement</strong></p><ul><li><p>Handle day-to-day operational queries related to Nagad Islamic and support smooth service delivery.</p></li><li><p>Liaise with internal teams to resolve operational issues and ensure customer-centric outcomes.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Customer Insights & Continuous Improvement</strong></p><ul><li><p>Analyze customer feedback, complaints, and support data to identify pain points and recommend service or process improvements.</p></li><li><p>Support initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency within Nagad Islamic.</p></li></ul>
